We ensure everything posted to our customers are of the highest standard but unfortunately sometimes there may be a need to return an item, we do accept returns for a full refund under The Consumer Contract Regulations, your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 working days after receiving your order.
If you wish to return an item, please notify us in writing via email, including your order number and reason for return.
We would be grateful if you would return your items via recorded or tracked post, this is for your peace of mind, and ours. If the reason for the return is found to be due to Meltsy Mumma then return postage will be refunded to you along with the cost of the being product refunded.
Items sold at reduced cost for having a defect, damage or any other reason are exempt from the returns policy, this also includes Meltsy Mumma Mishaps.
Once the 14 day’s have passed under the Consumer Contract Regulations as noted above we are not responsible for any consumables that may need replacing such as batteries, bulbs, glass dishes and fuses in plugs.
Custom made items are exempt from The Consumer Contract Regulations unless the custom product(s) arrive damaged.
