If choosing to have a custom order I ask for a £10 non-refundable deposit with the remaining balance to be paid once your order is complete and before it is posted out to you.

The minimum spend for custom orders is £10, with free postage for custom orders over £35

Turnaround time for custom orders is currently around 2 – 3 weeks, however if you need it sooner please let me know
